1) Basic Undercut includes Inspection and Repairs your damaged transmission to like new condition and involves Angular cutting of engagement dogs to keep them from slipping out of gear under a load.

2) Race Cut is Undercutting with slight ramps cut on the face of the engagement dogs to allow smoother transition into gear with less kill time when using a Air Shifter. Good for Street/Strip use.

3) Prostreet Cut is a more aggressive version of the race cut with Sharper Angled Ramps to allow Minimum Kill Time. This is our most Popular cut.

4) AUTO The technical term is Overide. The transmission is allowed to shift into the next gear while still engaged. This causes the shaft to spin faster and previous gear is actually pushed out by ramps that are cut on the decell side of the dogs. There is NO KILL TIME needed and it is a seamless shifts with huge ET drops. FOR RACE BIKES ONLY,NOT FOR STREET USE.

5) MICRO-POLISHING enhances shifting qualities of your transmission. Your transmission will shift super smooth and also increases oil shed.It is a mechanical process that sequentially removes the "peaks" of a ground,cut or honed finish.The end result is a dramatically improved surface finish.The increase in component life is a result of a flatter contact surface, which distributes the loads over a larger area and inhibits the formation of stress risers.

** When sending a Hayabusa core for 1-2 or 1-2-3 AUTO you MUST send SHIFT DRUM.
**Remove sprocket and unnecessary hardware before shipping to us.
