The reduction of weight is an important factor to improve performance, the use of a lightweight wheel involves reducing the gyroscopic effect with enormous benefits in terms of handling and responsiveness for each motorcycle. Thanks to the five hollowed spokes with tube-sections, this sand gravity cast wheel is at its maximum in terms of stiffness and strength, and it bears the highest levels of fatigue without sacrifice, remaining at the top level in terms of lightness.

The casting process used by Marvic is the sand gravity casting. After the casting phase, each wheel is refinished, ground, and lapped, and before being machined by CNC machines, each wheel undergoes a thermal treatment in order to increase its mechanical properties. This very complex and articulate process allows for the realization of phenomenal products, both in aesthetics and technology.

FEATURES

All the Marvic wheels are equipped with high-quality assembling components. The equipment includes fast sliding bearings, dumper rubbers, the sprocket carrier and anodized spacers made of Ergal 7075 T6. Customized aluminum 90° air valves are also included.
